I sent an envelope of personal information to renew my passport certified mail. The package was to reach the destination January 14th. I sent it January 10th. I tried to track it everyday. On January 20th it was still in route according to the tracking. I called to check where it might be and they filed some kind of document to locate it. I am to hear back in 2 or 3 days. On the 20th I had checked my online checking and seen the check that was in it was cashed. Now II am not certain if it made it to where it was sent and was cashed there or was it lost and was cashed elsewhere.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
