The employees at this Post Office are consistantly amazing, fun, focused, excellent, helpful, informative, industrious, compassionate, busy, and good natured, whilst dealing the various personalities of the Public. Most of the time the Public is fine, but we all know there are some unique special individuals that make their own lives harder and make things temporarily difficult for others. This Post Office does an amazing job of caring for everyone. Keep up the great work! (OK, now can I have free stamps? LOL ??kidding) Best regards! Eric B

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
