Mailed package on December 13th was supposed to arrive on the 15th first class mail here it is the end of January. I have to say each time I call the USPS the people are very helpful and try to do what they can. They just can't seem to find the package. They give you instructions on what to do go to the Post Office fill out a lost mail reform in the post office is around me one took it written on paper which a person at USPS told me was not what they should do. Went to another post office yesterday the man said he never heard of such a thing.?? Does anyone know what they're doing that works for the Post Office. And the post office that I mailed it from the lady was just absolutely rude I wonder if she never sent the package to Knoxville Tennessee. Makes one Wonder

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
