I arrived at the location on rice Street at 4.54 to send off a package.. When I walk in the worker Jason didn’t speak and was very rude telling me the location close in 5 minutes when I’m already in postal office… He cut off all the lights while we in there and told me if I don’t fill the paper out I’m sending it to the computer will cut off… The young lady that was working with him was very nice and still put my order in at 5:05.. I’ll appreciate if you teach your workers better customer service and don’t rush them out the store… Jason need to be fired or write up… His customer service is horrible to be working there…

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
