I spent $30.00 to send a $39,000 dollar cashier's check to my mortgage company Oklahoma City from Joplin Mo. It has been a week and it still has not reached my mortgage company. It left Springfield at 9 pm on February 1..... I am beyond stressed out. I have filed a claim... I signed up for updates through messaging and email. The best the post office can do is be rude and unhelpful. Hurry up and wait.....that about sums it up. Since it was a cashier's check in order to have it canceled and reissued I have to take out an indemnity bond and wait for 30 to 90 days for a reissue of the check. Not to mention the interest that is accruing on my loan that would not be accruing had this not happened. What part of these expenses us the post office going to cover. I just wanted to pay off my house. Thanks for screwing it up for me.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
