Was expecting a package Saturday, by 9:00 pm, sent by an attorney's office in Greenwood, Indiana. Didn't arrive Saturday; it's after 5:00pm Sunday, Feb 12, no update since package was tracked across the State @2:00am. When searching online, USPS Site needs updating. When I would attempt to track my package, other sites, such as computer help, would surface! I have not rec'd an update about the status of my package. No link for a person to speak with; no link to chat online. USPS is very frustrating to the customer. My package contains an item that cannot be replaced; priceless in value + a sentimental item. I always ship by FED X; never one problem in over 30 years! [Last straw: unable to scroll to beginning of my Review to check wording + spelling!]

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
