USPS review by Terri

I mailed a package on Feb. 7th and it was supposed to arrive on the 10th. It was going to my mother in Nev. It is now the 17th of Feb. And it is still sitting in Detroit Michigan. I paid priority for this package to get faster but they are not doing there job. I am not happy and feel they should give me money back cuz the deadline is the 10 th and it's now the 17th.if they want to drag ass then we should be reinburst and I'm sorry but that's the way I feel. We should never have to pay more and it not even leave the state it was supposed to fly and it's still in ,Detroit I keep checking the status of my package and it says in transit but we have been told 3 different times that it left Detroit Mich. However it's still in Detroit. We was told it left Det. On the 10th the day it was due in Nev. The 14th and the 15th and its not saying anymore if it's not in Detroit update you tracking system this is B's I paid more money to get there faster and I got snail mail for what I paid I will never use this service again it is a very poor service and they are going to lose a lot more than just me . I mailed this package of Feb 7th please tell me why it hasn't been delivered yet and why the post office is dragging there ass to get it to where it's going I'm done playing games but it you can't keep your word on when something should arrive then we don't need your service. This package is already 7 days late and there is NO EXCUSE for it .It is not CHRISTMAS TIME
