I've twice paid for 3-5 day delivery and both freakin times it took over a week to receive my merchandise and no mention of a refund for the $12 damn extra postage. Their services and products have gone through the roof as far as pricing and the employees are all rude! No customer service to handle this type of matter. Totally pissed and fed up. I suppose if I had chosen regular delivery (5-6 days) it would probably have taken 10 freakin days. ???

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
