I would give USPS 0 star! I sent a package with very important documents on Jan 30th from the Brooklyn 5th Ave location. Package was a large envelope going to PUERTO RICO. It is February 22 and still THE PACKAGE have not arrived. I have been calling and placing online complaints and NOTHING. I paid for priority mail thinking my stuff would be safe! I am disgusted and angry. I will NEVER send another package through USPS everrrrre. How I get a tracking package emails but no one is able to tell me why my package hasn’t reached its DESTINATION!???

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
