I would rather walk every package or envelope to it's destination. Don't ever send anything over seas and insure it because once it gets to customs they will not insure it from that point on and they won't tell you that when you buy the insurance. I sent a laptop, external hard drive and some jewelry to my fiance for Christmas 2 years ago and it shows it is still setting in customs overseas but the USPS would do nothing to help me even though I paid well over $100 to insure it. I will absolutely never send anything remotely important through USPS again.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
