Usually mail service is ok. But I'll never forget the time I tracked a package from China all the way to the US, and then it got stuck at a hub. It never moved after that. USPS said I should ask the sender in China what the USPS did with my package. No lie. Another time I didn't get a package, this one from the US. It was delivered somewhere, but not to me. My carrier verified that it was not scanned with his scanner and that it was not delivered on his route. USPS said it was done, too bad for me. Yes, t he ats what they said.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
