A first class mail with tracking number sent from Victorville on 3/1 to Costa Mesa has not yet arrived and is stuck at Santa Ana regional office. So what is the advantage of paying extra for first class when my letter is being treated like third class mail? This is not the first time it happened. A month ago it took over four weeks to receive it. I wish if I can give you lower than one star. You deserve the worst rating.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
