I SHIPPED THIS PACKAGE ON 2/28/2023. IT IS A RETURN PACKAGE. HERE IT IS THE 8TH OF MARCH AND IT'S STILL IN ST. LOUIS?! THE COMPANY I'M RETURNING IT TO SHOULD HAVE RECIEVED IT BY NOW! IN FACT, I PHONED THEM TO SEE IF THEY HAD RECIEVED IT AND THEY SAID NO. THAT AS FAR AS THEY COULD TELL, IT WAS IN ST. LOUIS! THE FIRST TIME I TRACKED IT, IT WAS IN ST. LOUIS. THAT WAS 4 DAYS AGO! WHAT IS THE DELAY? I'M VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS SERVICE. NEXT TIME I WILL USE ANOTHER SOURCE. ONE THAT'S RELIABLE.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
