I mailed my letter that was due on 8th of March on March 2nd. I sent it registered per their recommendation that it was the most secure way and should be to Pittsburgh, PA by the 6th according to their estimates. Based on the tracking information….it’s been sitting in Cincinnati, OH for 2 days and left there in transit it says on the 7th to go 288 miles and still hasn’t shown up on the 9th!! Registered mail cost me $18.30 This was the only option I was given to insure my package for the exact amount it was made out for. Their insurance is a joke

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
