I'm looking for where the negative star rating is at this doesn't deserve a star. I'm sick and tired of deceiving bad companies with advertisement trick bull. Said package would be 2 days it's 5 now. Tracking is a joke let's put a phone button and directions right above the little information you have on your tracking and have nothing to do with your tracking also having Google maps right there taking you to some random business nothing to do what you're tracking this company can suck it

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
