Sent a letter priority mail last Sunday 3/26/23, which cost $28.75. It left York, PA on Monday 3/27/23 arriving at the Harrisburg, PA post office. The letter was guaranteed to be delivered to Rockwood, PA on Tuesday 3/28. Today I talked to the person who was supposed to receive the letter. He said he never received it. I called the post office in Harrisburg and they informed me my letter was still in Harrisburg. This is not acceptable. If I could give the post office 0 stars I would. The envelope contained 2 death certificates and a receipt from a funeral home. If the post office lost my envelope it is going to cost me $60 to replace the certificates plus additional money to send again.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
