My brother paid for three day service extra to have a drone sent to me a $500 drone and it hasn’t showed up eight days later you try to get a contact with the Postal Service and they send you to a site that’s going to charge you for support And they’re not gonna return the extra money or even find a package for you, so I will not ever send a package out through the US Postal Service personally ever again, and they allow their employees to steal their packages or whatever and not hold them accountable for it. I don’t know it’s pathetic , I’ve sent a lot of stuff out through UPS and FedEx never had this issue

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
