I don't know what's going on but my package has been 20 days and I have not seen it tracking number has tracked it but it still don't give me a delivery time or date or when it's coming all it says is in transit I talked to nobody they just give me the run around and want to charge me money to answer a simple question that's probably sitting right there in front of me so no I don't give y'all a four-star by no means it's just ridiculous you want to charge somebody a dollar or two to answer a question it's a scams the way I look at it have a good day

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
