I had the pleasure of going to the Woonsocket branch on Diamond Hill Road yesterday. Ashley was beyond kind and helped me immensely. I needed to mail two separate gifts, however I didn’t not have the proper size boxes to fit the contents of my gifts. Ashley took it upon herself to locate the right size boxes, place the contents in them, tape them up, and add the mailing labels on my behalf. She was so pleasant every step of the way. She’s one in a million! I encountered her in the past as well, and she is consistently lovely. I’ve been to other post offices and I’ve never received the level Of service that Ashley provided. I hope you’ll consider giving her a financial reward for her exemplary service. Thank you Ashley!!

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
