Ridiculous. A package was shipped and I received alerts the entire way, but upon notification of delivery, the package did not arrive to me. So when I took the matter to the postal service, they said the tracking number didn't match my address. They sent me text alerts the whole way but all of a sudden the tracking number didn't match my address???so now I'm out the money for the item plus still have no vacuum cleaner. It looks as though no one intends to do anything about this either.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
