I was a mail carrier for 20 years and the service was never as bad as it is today Went my local post office in killeen TX 76549 to track a package it was in Austin TX on the 6 of April. I was told by a supervisor at copper mountain post office is the reason I have not received my package is because it was marked parcal post so the individuals in Austin will get to my package when they can I have never heard of anything do dumb whose training these individuals. Now no customer service skills as of today April 15 I still do not have my package i guess Austin is still too busy to process my package I will continue to rate this office. With negative response until I get my package

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
