My package has gone from NY to NJ to PHILY to to Greensboro NC to SILVA NC to ASHVILLE to SILVA to RICHMOND VA to SILVA to ASHVILLE to SILVA and it says it has been delivered but it is in SILVA not SAPPHIRE NC. While the post offices are correct the sequence may not be. This is not the first time this has happened. When a package gets to Silva they don't know where Sapphire NC is so they just send it somewhere else.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
