front counter person was rude and unhelpful. Pricing for package showed up on screen at around 5 dollars. When he started calculating all his stuff price came up at 19.80 for a little envelope with a small box in it that weighed less than 2 ounces. Asked him why there was such a difference in pricing from what was first shown and what was now being charged. all I got was attitude and uneasy feeling that I better shut up or else package would go missing or be damaged. This should not be the service that I get from the postal service, find his behavior totally unacceptable.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
