This USPS service has honestly been straight garbage.. they charge u to mail packages out and the system apparently never updates stating where its at.. Had a package mailed out on Tues and its now Friday and my client still has NOT received their package.. when u put the # in it still states NOT REGISTERED!!! We have used USPS for our business for years... Now it's looking like we are either gonna switch up to UPS or FedEx... This is definitely ridiculous and uncalled for... USPS is losing customers left and right... If they don't get it together u bet we will go to a different company... This is coming from a company that has literally spent over $100,000.00 for year of 2022 to USPS to send our packages out!!! Sure other companies will switch if USPS doesn't get it together... USPS used to be on top of things. Unfortunately thats a thing of the past.. very unhappy customer here!!!

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
