A Review, I Requested & Applied For Paid $60 Extra So As To Have My Package Expedited, No Problem Processing The Fee + The Expedited Amount. This Was March 31st Was Explained That I Could Expect 8 To 10 Days For Delivery, Here We Are The 25 Of April And I Can Not Talk To A Human Being Unless I’m Willing To Wait My Expected Waiting Time Of 1 1/2 Hrs. I Use The Tracking Number App And I’m Being Asked To Create An Account. Good Lord Have We Really Fallen That Far Through The Cracks Knowing How To Do Our Job. Unbelievable.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
