I sent a small package $100 insured, signature required which I paid 10.35 extra for the signature. Got message it was delivered signed. Parents didn't have it. Essex, MD post office said carrier delivered it. Luckily a postal employee named Angie tracked down carrier & said he still had the pkg & delivered it to them. Post office has terrible service. You don't get services you pay for. Angie at essex md post office, thanks for going the extra mile to help. This rating is not for you. You get 5 stars. Postal service everywhere gets 1 star. Services are horrible.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
