For my parcel from Columbus, Ohio to London, UK, Statuspnr.in indicated that my parcel was in the UK and was “Ready for pickup” The further detail indicated that if had cleared customs and was at the Post Office. No particular post office specified. I went to the nearest post office where they told me my parcel was with “ParcelForce” and gave me a customer service number for them. They told me the parcel was at their North West London Depot (6 miles away, 30 minutes in London traffic) and could be picked up after paying customs duty, or, I could pay the duty on-line and have it delivered in 4 days. It was a replacement hearing aid for my wife who has dementia and is deaf without it. The replacement cost $450, the USPS postage cost $72.35, and the UK customs Value Added Tax was $97.80 and they charged a $15.09 handling fee. More concerning was that the information I got from the stations was incomplete. It did not indicate the correct location of the parcel and it did nothing t indicate there was any customs payment due which was blocking dispatch. Very confusing!

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
