With response to delivery from China, mine said made it to Philly then delivered. Never saw it!! Did insist they reimburse me. Said request was denied. I said you'll hear from my lawyer. Got my money. Now waiting for delivery from Texas. Saturday it said it was delivered. WHERE???? Got on line and costs a $1 to be reimbursed to speak to IT person to track. Response? It was delivered Sat. SERIOUSLY???? Followed by did someone else in your house accept psckage? Like I wldnt know that idiot. Was it placed in another location at your house? Yeh in the street. Did you check with neighbors? Like I wldn know that. Address as big as day. CIMPLETE MORANS. Now stating out for delivery today. Yet to be determined. Asked to rate with stars. Asked if they have an option of NO STARS!. One star minus 5

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
