Usps is the only shipping company we use that we don't get our deliveries 90% of the time. If I could leave 5 negative stars I would. Our carrier refuses to even load our deliveries until we schedule redeliveries. Half the time we don't even get the failed delivery card if he doesn't have mail coming to our area. Post office tells me it's at his discretion he tells me they're F'ing liars. I'm in delivery distance as per thier rules. What the heck man. Use any other carriers when ever possible.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
