First of all I would like to say if I could be able to give no stars I would have. Never trust the clowns at the post office to get anything right. Never trust them to get your mail to it destination on time. I mailed out a letter priority mail on August 4th and told it would be at its destination on August 7th. It's now Wednesday August 9th and it's still not at its destination. If you want your mail delivered on time don't bother with the clowns at the USPS and use UPS or FEDEX.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
