Service is not what it used to be. It doesn't matter how nice and sufficient a clerk is in the local Post Office, once it arrives in Memphis it may take forever. My Priority mail was supposed to be delivered today. You guessed it, it arrived in Memphis yesterday at 3:56 pm and that's where it still is. If they would focus on actually getting the employees to work the mail the way they do about putting everything online it would be better. Rant over!

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
