This is a terrible location. My package has been seating there for over 1 month and no one can tell me what is going on. I am so disappointed. The good is going to spoil and it is very upsetting. I will make sure that I get my money back. If yall don't want to do your job the way it is supposed to be done, move your behind out of that place to allow others to do the job. I need my package or say something. Where is my package? Have you stolen my package?

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
