I went to the Sunnyside Post Office on 4515 44th Street. The first clerk was so cut and dry. I did not know how to fill up the documents for overseas mail. She just gave me the form. It was closings so I hurried up and went to another window. Clerk # 3 was more welcoming. She went through my 3 packages ( 2 overseas and one local). She was kind and helpful. No problem at all with the packages. I ask for the overseas documents and gave me some . So next time I don’t have to rush. Clerk #3 is worthy of being emulated. That is how our post office staff should be. Please tell her to keep up the good work. Thanks!

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
