They are so unreliable and disgusting, I send a package from Traverse City MI to Kingston Jamaican, from August express and it shows it went to Miami and didn't go to Jamaica but went to El Salvador, my address was correct, but obviously the lady at the USPS did something wrong, now it's three months and I can't get it back or anything back, I have filed a complaint over 20 times, called all sort of numbers and still nothing and I am now getting ready to go home and still nothing about my package. The stuff in the package worth over $500 plus they charge me for express $200+. Now what am I to do??

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
