If this is your new version of tracking by tracking number provided by shipper - you didn't do yourselves any favors. It's ugly. I had to try 5 different times just to get a response - which told me little to noting and didn't give me an option to add it to Informed Delivery. Care to try again - or to let me know it's not done yet - or tell me it's still a work in progress - or tell me you have no idea what's going on and you'll check into it and get back to me. My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
