The worst service for on time delivery. You people good money from taxpayers. Are you sleeping on the job or what. You have lost my business. I paid $30.00 for overnight delivery and I will be lucky if it gets here 5 days late. At least UPS and FedEx refund your money if they fail to deliver on time. Somebody is making big time money at the expense of the taxpayer. It's a crime how you people really don't care. I paid for overnight delivery for an important reason. My medication is in that package and I really need it. Thank you again for failing to do your job. Never again.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
