The post office should fire everyone and hire new people that are willing to work. I'm sure they are not all bad but my goodness. 8 out of every 10 packages and paper mail is lost and or stolen. It's odd how anything that has a gift card in it never arrives. Our most recent pkg started in Ohio and went all the way to Minnesota and we live in Indiana. Talk about going right by the state only to have to do a U turn to come back. Shipped Mar 1 and today is March 13th and our pkg is stuck in Palatine, IL for at least 2 days. Just ridiculous. And postage is going up yet again! Unbelievable. We are waitng on the pkg for our construction guys to install it. Can't install if we can't get it.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
