Terrible service I paid $9.80 for priority mail service on a plain standard envelope on 3/6/24 that was supposed to be delivered in 1-3 days. It went from FL to Ga outside Atlanta in one day. It's been sitting at that facility for 6 days now and hasn't moved at all. Mind you now that it less than an hour from where it is to be delivered. The postal service can't tell Jack Sh*t on where it is or what's holding it nothing at all. Real quality service at its finest, I'm so glad I paid almost $10 for such reliable handling. I would have been better putting a lousy stamp on it. I never use them again!! Customer care is worthless

  • USPS has my package in Seattle as if 11/22 after leaving LA on the 15th. This app is telling me it's still in LA. Neither of these apps are able to tell me anything about a package that hit LA 11 days ago! Why have tracking numbers?

  • Package missing in Memphis distribution center which seems to be a problem area as it happened before. Last scanned on Oct 18th. Nobody knows anything or to do anything to help. Package research case and missing mail searches are a joke.

  • Ordered an item from Malaysia, got to the California in just a few days. Disappeared in Memphis on Oct 18th, now it's nov 22nd. Nobody knows anything or wants to help. Online Package research case and missing mail searches are a joke. And they want to raise rates again?

  • Package marked as delivered by a gov agency without a picture of proof. Then I have to research and call several numbers to verify led to a paid app that is also unhelpful to track down a package coming from a few states over. Still no human to speak to. The package is likely 2 miles away at the post office and I will wait several days instead of being allowed to just pick it up.
