Spent money to send Certified only to have it get LOST!! Ridiculous!! Rates increase, service decreases! Had money in lost package so I'm not happy that I now have to deal with THAT ISSUE as well as my great-granddaughter not getting mk ey fir her 2nd birthday or for Easter!!! Totally unhappy with way mail is handled once it leaves myblocal post office, which if I may say, it fantastic....it is where it has to go to be sent on journey that is horrible! Why we have this system is beyond me.....I'm frustrated and extremely upset with entire situation....

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
