Second review same item, now it's been over 2 weeks so I have not received my item last update with the tracking number was April fifth now it's April 16th 2024 I called customer service they stated they would investigate it but I have to wait 3 days for someone from the post office to call me back to start a investigation this is totally insane. Next time I order anything I will have the shipment by UPS or FedEx if they give me the option.

  • Very bad service, my order never arrived. According to what it says, they delivered it to an individual, no one in the house signed for that delivery. They should have more responsibility when delivering and do it in a more secure way. They should leave everything in the mailbox with a code and under lock and key so that only the person to whom it is addressed can access the order, not leaving it on the stairs portal, much less delivering it to anyone who says it is theirs.

  • I listened to the Grand finalist of the annual liers club association.these employees have a made up on the spot lie ,like a man about to meet his maker seconds before the floor drop away; wrong person wasted,lgaveup listening to these type of people since the end of my eight year tour in1976.

  • I sent my package 4-2-24 to India from Wisconsin. No other info other than it’s sitting in Chgo intl airport. Really? Spend 90 dollars on postage. Worst decision I made. Should have used DHL or another courier. Very dissatisfied and disappointed!!
