We mailed our information for our tax return to our accountant on April 2, 2024. It was to arrive 5 days later. It arrived at 4:40 PM on April 15th. Needless to say, our accountant could not file anything for us at that late date and time. So we have a non-file penalty and a late payment penalty. I put in one star but if possible it would be no stars. We are now concerned with our penalties. Tax returns and payments were mailed on April 19th, but have as yet to arrive at their destination, although they should have been.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
