The post office is the worst agency and should be privitized. A package was mailed to me on March 15th with a tracking number and I still have not received it. Plus, the tracking shows it has been out for delivery since March 23rd. No help going to the local post office as they deflect responsibility & say they are just a "retail outlet." Well then, they should not be under the umbrella of the federal government and should have the same pay & benefits as a person who works retail. All they do is raise their prices & we get worse service.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
