The customer service support for tracking packages is deceptive. You start a chat and in order to get an answer, you have to subscribe to a company called Just Answers for $5 initial fee and 36/myh thereafter until you cancel. Why does a customer have to not only pay for tracking of a package but also pay for updates in tracking the package. What if a customer does notnhabe paypal or credit card. This is wrong and USPS should be ashamed of themselves for using such a service.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
