The customer service support for tracking packages is deceptive. You start a chat and in order to get an answer, you have to subscribe to a company called Just Answers for $5 initial fee and 36/myh thereafter until you cancel. Why does a customer have to not only pay for tracking of a package but also pay for updates in tracking the package. What if a customer does notnhabe paypal or credit card. This is wrong and USPS should be ashamed of themselves for using such a service.

  • Package missing in Memphis distribution center which seems to be a problem area as it happened before. Last scanned on Oct 18th. Nobody knows anything or to do anything to help. Package research case and missing mail searches are a joke.

  • Ordered an item from Malaysia, got to the California in just a few days. Disappeared in Memphis on Oct 18th, now it's nov 22nd. Nobody knows anything or wants to help. Online Package research case and missing mail searches are a joke. And they want to raise rates again?

  • Package marked as delivered by a gov agency without a picture of proof. Then I have to research and call several numbers to verify led to a paid app that is also unhelpful to track down a package coming from a few states over. Still no human to speak to. The package is likely 2 miles away at the post office and I will wait several days instead of being allowed to just pick it up.

  • I send a package on October 24 that was supposed to be delivered on October 29 but it still hasn’t been delivered. Haven’t received any information about it.
