The United States Postal Service is the worst agency in the country on April 15th 2024 I sent out 2 certified return receipts with my IRS tax returns. One was going to Hartford, Connecticut. And that was supposed to be delivered April 18th. The other one was going to Kansas City Missouri, which was supposed to be delivered April 19th. The one going to Hartford Connecticut was damaged by the Post Office. Black magic mark all over it sent back to my own mailbox. Saint forwarding extended time rejected the other one that was going to Kansas City. Missouri left the Post Office on April 15th, sat in the Wilmington Post Office from April 16th to April 20th. Got the Kansas City Missouri on May 3rd and said it is still been in transit. Since May 7th, this is now May 22nd. This is my IRS tax returns. And nobody at the Post Office wants to be accountable or responsible. Bounce a ball Louis. The joy needs to be fired and we need somebody confident to run the postal system and the people at the postal office. Do not take any accountability responsibility horrible.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
