I mailed a box from Huntsville, Texas on June 4 going to Kansas City, MO. The postal worker said that I was so early that my package might get there the next day. It is now June 11 and no one knows where my package is. I filed a complaint and they supposedly have opened an investigation and said they would contact me within 3 days. 5 days later - still no word. I paid $36 for 2 day shipping. The lady in customer service said I would not receive a refund because I didn't mail it priority. Wait! What? Never again will I use USPS to send another package.

  • I’ve sent 2 packages from Texas to Puerto Rico. Was supposed to arrive the 14th it’s 6 days late!! 1 packages came on Monday broken and missing item. I imagen the other package it’s still in Florida.

  • They dilver packages late when they could be delivering them early they do it on purpose. Ridiculous wait time. Unexpectable service. They mistreat people's packages also. That's how things get broke.

  • Destroyed food items they went through it was all over the other stuff they have no respect for people's packages. They really do a horrible job delivering packages also. Can't trust these people to keep your packages from being destroyed. Even though destruction of someone's mail can be a felony.

  • I sent a Priority mail that was supposed to reach the desoin July 17 . It’s July 19 still haven’t reach the destination.
