It's so sad to see where this company has come to. I order a product for my surgery on 07/27/24 to ensure it would be here by 8/07. I received notification that I would receive it on 8/05/24. That day came and no item. Later that day I received a message that is would be here the day after my surgery. Thank God Amazon overnighted to item so I received in time for my surgery. USPS needs to revamp there system or not take business if that can't fulfill the obligations. Its never to late to do better.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
