Got ABSOLUTLY NO help from customer service you lost my package all he told me was to put in tracking number. Well great now I know where my package is sitting so could someone get off their butt and send it to my nephew!It is still in the same place for almost 3 weeks. I sent 2 packages for almost $40 to my nephew in Bowling Green Ohio he is a freshman I would love for him to get it before he graduates. One box is no good without the other
Sent certified and return receipt. Paid extra money and it still now there 2 weeks later.
The service is worse. You need a good amount of improvement.
Not much help at all. FedEx tracking blows this away.

Seems like the nails getting worse I get everybody else's mail in my mailbox except mine and I mail something it's supposed to be there in 10 days it's still showing it's downtown and I mailed it on June 1st and it's now June29th.
