On time delivered and tracked easily worked perfect

I very disapointed and very sad because I paid $ 9.65 in order to my envelop was delivery in 3 ó 4 days and they delivery until monday the 4th. I fell like paying this $ 9.65 was a wasted. Now I lake withbpay payment and will have to may panalty. O am very sad. And will never used that service anymore.

Why would you require my credit card to simply track my package? Unbelievable. Not a chance in hell

My partner was waiting for a gift, posted in October and there is still no sign of it, and we can't tracking where the item is despite having a tracking no.
