USPS review by Unsatisfied Customer

For the price of shipping packages, the service should be much better. I paid $19.95 for 2-day shipping on a package in a priority mail box shipped from Riverdale, MD going to Mesa, AZ but has yet to arrive. Package was shipped early morning on 11/5/2019 & due to arrive in AZ on 11/7/19. Discovered through tracking that package is at Mesa P.O. It won't reach recipient now until 11/12/19 because 11/11/19 is Veterans Day holiday. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! Why pay for services you don't receive in a timely manner as they promise? This is the 3rd delayed package delivery experience I have had with USPS. Won't use USPS again, service is not reliable; will now use UPS at local Parcel Plus store location.

  • I'm happy with the service. The tracking shows it was delivered on the day it was promised however, I have not heard from the recipient yet so I may revise this review.

  • Not happy, unacceptable, 5 days and the package is still in the distribution center. Last time I use the USPS, I rather use UPS. What are you guys doing with all the money we are paying for your service ? And you still have the audacity to increase your rates. Unbelievable.

  • I sent a package on the 11th it was supposed to arrive by the 14th here it is the 17th and it still hasn't arrived so y'all suck

  • Paid $40 for my package to get two day delivery from NJ to CT, Still waiting!!! They need to get rid of Louis DeJoy ASAP!! He has screwed up USPS that it may never recover, lost all faith in this service!!
