Sent out Tuesday 11/5/219 was supposed to be delivered on Thursday 11/7/2019. As of today 11/11/2019 it still has not been delivered. You pay so high for 2 days delivery and guess what? You are paying good money for nothing. I just paid $12 of money that I could of kept to buy groceries for important mail that was time sensitive to be Not delivered as of today11/11/2019. Can I get a refund?? Not worth it. Sad!! USPS needs to step up on their JOBS!!

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
